Cage-Free and Suite Boarding
After your dog has been through our complimentary evaluation process, you are welcome to utilize our boarding services. Our unique hotel environment, staffed 24 hours a day, provides an open, clean and safe haven for your dog's vacation.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required for boarding. We recommend reservations be made at least a week in advance for a non-holiday stay and at least a month in advance for a holiday boarding. A 50% deposit is needed to reserve a holiday stay, which is fully refundable or changeable up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is a 4 night minimum when booking a Private Suite over holidays. If you would like your dog bathed or groomed at the end of a boarding stay, please request a bath when placing the reservation.
WHAT TO BRING
We serve breakfast and dinner that you provide for the duration of your dog's stay, if you would like your pup to eat lunch as well, please specify at drop off. Please pack meal-sized portions including cookies and treats if desired, there is a $5 packing fee if food is not prepackaged. If your dog is staying longer than 10 days, please speak to a front desk associate about packing options. If you prefer, we also offer house food for a nominal fee. We can accommodate any diet and any medication regimen and there is no charge for this service, we do ask that you keep medications in original medication bottles and not mix it in with food. We provide bowls, doggie beds and toys. We require that all dogs have a quick release collar with a name tag.
BOARDING CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
You may pick up or drop off anytime in our business day. However, on the day of departure, should you pick up after12pm Monday - Saturday and 1pm on Sunday a full daycare charge of $44 is applied.
Payment for services is due at CHECK IN unless other arrangements have been made.

Private suites are required for dogs that are not spayed or neutered, not socially predictable, or have special needs. Options for socializing, training, or extra enrichment for your puppy or special needs dog may be discussed in the evaluataion process.
Due to demand and limited capacity there is a
4 night minimum when booking a Private Suite over holidays and peak season. Holiday and peak season SUITE deposits are ONLY refundable 4 days prior to your arrival. Please contact us for details.
